Shamanic Breathwork
Next date TBA
with Rebecca | Divine Roots
Like Shamans use plant medicine, we use the breath to process, let go, release, and heal.
Breath work is an active meditation where we use the breath to reconnect to our physical body and consciousness. When we breathe in ceremony we allow ourselves to process through old wounds, to receive spirit through inspiration, and to release blockages and barriers that may be holding us back. Ceremonies are held in the spirit of Shamanism. You will be coached with a technique called Conscious Connected Breath and will be guided with inquiry and curated music.

Restorative Yoga with Hot Stones
Friday May 30th | 7pm - 9pm
with Antoniette Finelli
This restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing form of yoga that helps calm the nervous system & still the body. Postures are done on the floor with the support of bolsters, blankets and blocks. This class is focused on releasing body stress, muscle tension and quieting of the mind. This form of yoga is deeply effective in calming the nervous system.
Restorative yoga uses long-held, supported resting poses to create the conditions for us to cultivate the skill of conscious relaxation and most importantly to release unnecessary habitual tension in the body and mind. It’s a little bit closer to a meditation practice than a movement practice—it’s a way of practicing “meditation” as a somatic, embodied experience. Restorative yoga is about, “How can I let my body and mind unwind? How can I do less?”
