Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying down. This class invites you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can fully rest and the nervous system can reset. Through systematic relaxation, breath awareness, and visualization, Yoga Nidra supports deep healing, clarity, and emotional balance.
This practice is accessible to everyone and requires no physical movement, making it ideal for stress relief, burnout recovery, and cultivating deep inner awareness.

A deeply immersive and meditative experience where participants rest comfortably while being guided by the healing vibrations of sound. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic sound tools, this class supports deep relaxation, energetic balance, and nervous system regulation.
Sound Baths are designed to quiet the mind, release stored tension, and invite a sense of spaciousness and clarity. No prior experience is needed β simply arrive, lie down, and receive.
