From heated yoga and strength-based classes to slow, restorative practices, our classes are thoughtfully designed to help you build strength, mobility, resilience, and connection — both on and off the mat.
You’ll find supportive instruction, high-quality equipment, and a welcoming community in every class.

Hot Flow Yoga (60 min) - 95 Degrees
A dynamic, breath-driven vinyasa class practiced in a heated room. Expect creative sequencing, strength-building postures, and fluid transitions designed to energize the body while calming the mind. This class builds heat, flexibility, and focus, with modifications offered for all levels.

Hot 26 & 2 Bikram / Original Hot Yoga (90 min) - 105 Degrees, 40% Humidity
The original hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room. This structured, meditative class focuses on alignment, endurance, balance, and internal awareness. Each class is the same sequence, allowing you to track progress over time.
Great for: Discipline, strength, detoxification
Difficulty: Intermediate
Stretch & Surrender (60 min) - No Heat
A deeply nourishing, slow-paced class designed to release tension and reset the nervous system. Expect gentle stretching, longer-held poses, and mindful breathing to support relaxation and recovery. Perfect after a busy day or intense workouts.

Mobility & Strength (45 min) - 95 Degrees
Difficulty: All LevelsThis intelligently designed class blends functional strength training with mobility-focused movement. Improve joint health, balance, and overall strength while moving through purposeful, controlled exercises that support longevity and everyday movement.

Mat Pilates (45 min) - Weds' HOT, Thurs' NO HEAT
A core-focused, low-impact class designed to strengthen the deep stabilizing muscles of the body. This class emphasizes alignment, breath control, posture, and controlled movement — ideal for building strength without strain.
Equipment: Pilates ball, blocks, straps, band (provided)
Great for: Core strength, posture, injury prevention

Yin Yoga (60 min) - No Heat
Difficulty: All Levels / Beginner FriendlyA slow, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods to target deep connective tissues. Yin Yoga encourages stillness, patience, and introspection while improving flexibility and circulation.

Hot HIIT (60 min) - 95 Degrees
Difficulty: Intermediate to Advanced (options provided)A high-energy, full-body workout performed in a heated room. This class combines cardio intervals, strength training, and athletic conditioning to elevate heart rate and build power. Expect sweat, intensity, and an empowering group energy.

Soul Flow Yoga (60 min)
Difficulty: All LevelsA heart-centered vinyasa class that blends mindful movement, breath, and intention. Expect fluid sequencing, moments of reflection, and a soulful playlist that supports both physical and emotional release.

Mom Fit (45 min) - No Heat
Difficulty: All Levels (Postnatal Friendly)
Note: Separate pass requiredDesigned specifically for moms, this supportive class focuses on rebuilding strength, core stability, and confidence in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Modifications are offered for all stages of postpartum recovery.

Hatha Yoga (75 min) - No Heat
Difficulty: All LevelsA traditional, slower-paced yoga class focused on alignment, breath awareness, and foundational postures. This class offers time to explore poses mindfully, making it ideal for those wanting a balanced and educational practice.

Weights Express (45 min) - 85 Degrees

Yoga Nidra (60 min) - No Heat
Difficulty: All LevelsYoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying down. This class invites you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can fully rest and the nervous system can reset. Through systematic relaxation, breath awareness, and visualization, Yoga Nidra supports deep healing, clarity, and emotional balance.
