Jennifer Iacobucci
TEACHER
Yoga has been part of the journey since 2010, growing from a simple practice into a lifelong passion. After completing a 200-hour RYT certification in 2020, that passion naturally evolved into sharing breath-led flow with others.
Classes focus on connecting breath, body, and mind through intentional, fluid movement. Yoga has played a powerful role in injury rehabilitation — rebuilding strength, restoring mobility, and creating a deeper respect for moving with awareness. It’s also been a space for connection, community, and staying rooted in what inspires and energizes.
Expect feel-good flows, supportive energy, and space to move in a way that feels strong, balanced, and authentic.

Shaista Obaidullah
TEACHER
Shaista’s journey with yoga began in high school, though it wasn’t until she moved to Hamilton that it became a regular part of her life. With a naturally curious spirit, she explored different styles, teachers, and approaches, quickly realizing that yoga was something she wanted to understand more deeply and eventually share with others.
In 2023, she embarked on her yoga teacher training, initially to enrich her own practice. But as her passion grew, so did her desire to guide others in discovering the benefits of yoga. Shaista’s approach is rooted in creating space for stillness and presence, whether through dynamic, effortful flows or slow, intentional movement. Her classes invite you to connect with your breath, tune into your body, and find a sense of ease—both on and off the mat.

Tim Smith
TEACHER
In the early 2000s, Tim developed a consistent home yoga practice, drawing on books and his background in movement and energy from his youth as a martial arts enthusiast.
In 2011, he discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which inspired him to pursue a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Toronto’s Downward Dog Yoga Studio under the guidance of Ron Reid. Upon completing his training, Tim began assisting in the Mysore program at Downward Dog.
In 2015, he made his first journey to KPJAYI—now Sharath Yoga Center—in Mysore, India, to study with Sharath Jois, the grandson of Ashtanga yoga founder K. Pattabhi Jois. While in India, Tim also studied with BNS Iyengar, one of the few remaining students of Krishnamacharya, a pioneer of modern yoga.
Tim’s teaching blends tradition with evolution, fostering an open dialogue with students to support their individual progress. His classes incorporate verbal and visual cues, along with hands-on adjustments, to cultivate growth and balance for both novice and advanced practitioners.
