Motherhood is one of the most physically demanding jobs there is, and this series is designed to help you feel strong, energized, and supported every step of the way.

Our Mom Fit: Strong Moms Series is a welcoming 4-week fitness program focused on building strength, improving endurance, increasing mobility, and supporting the everyday movements that come with caring for little ones. Whether you're newly postpartum, returning to exercise after a break, or simply looking for a fun and supportive way to move your body, this series is for you.

Each class includes functional exercises that help improve overall fitness while providing modifications for all experience levels. Our goal is to create a positive, judgment-free environment where moms can prioritize their own well-being while connecting with others in the community.

You are welcome to come on your own for some well-deserved self-care time or bring your little one along for a special bonding experience.
